Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Gear Up! As our game is currently in developmental stages, all funds contributed toward the game—including pre-orders, crowdfunding pledges, and purchases—will be directly allocated to its development, production, and distribution.

Due to the nature of game development, we cannot guarantee refunds for any purchases, pre-orders, or contributions. By supporting Gear Up!, you acknowledge that your funds are being used to further the development of the game, and refunds may not be available.

2. No Liability for Refunds

Gear Up!, its staff, developers, and affiliated entities are not liable for any inability to issue refunds once funds have been used for game production. While we strive to deliver the final product as promised, unforeseen circumstances such as production delays, manufacturing issues, or logistical challenges may impact delivery timelines.

By purchasing or contributing to Gear Up!, you agree that:

All funds are dedicated to game development and production costs.
Refunds are not guaranteed, as funds are immediately allocated toward the creation and delivery of the game.
Delays or changes in production do not constitute grounds for a refund request.

3. Exceptions

While refunds are not guaranteed, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

A duplicate charge was made due to a payment processing error.
A product was purchased in error, and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
